Set your rules
Sudden death or multiple lives, mulligans, buybacks, tie handling, missed-pick penalties — every classic house rule is a setting with a playable default.

Your pool gets a private invite link (password optional). Friends sign up free and are in — no accounts to manage, no roster spreadsheet.
Let the season run
Picks lock at kickoff, results grade from live NFL scores, eliminations and standings update on their own. You play; the app commissions.
Everything you won't be doing this season
Running a survivor pool by hand is a part-time job. Outlast Pool automates the commissioner chores so you can actually enjoy playing in your own pool.
- Chasing picks in the group chat every Saturday night
- Grading Monday-night results before work on Tuesday
- Tracking who burned which team on a spreadsheet tab
- Ruling on ties, forgotten picks, and re-buys from memory
- Nagging people about entry fees
Commissioner questions
- How do I start a survivor pool?
- Create a free account, name your pool, and choose your rules — lives, mulligans, buybacks, pick deadlines, tie handling, and more all have sensible defaults. Then share your invite link. The whole setup takes about 2 minutes.
- What does it cost to run a pool?
- Nothing. Outlast Pool is free for commissioners and players — no platform fees, no premium tier required to get the core survivor experience.
- How is the entry fee money handled?
- Outlast Pool never touches money. You can set an entry fee and list how you accept payment (Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, and more); the app tracks who has paid and gives players one-tap pay links, but funds move directly between you and your players.
- What do I have to do each week as commissioner?
- Almost nothing. Schedules sync from live NFL data, picks lock automatically at your deadline, forgotten picks follow your missed-pick rule, results grade themselves, and standings update by Tuesday morning. Players even get automatic pick-reminder emails.
- Can I customize the rules mid-season?
- Structural rules freeze at the season's first kickoff so the game stays fair, but cosmetic settings (like payment details and descriptions) stay editable all season.
