- Lives & strikes
- Sudden death by default, or give everyone 2–3 lives so one bad Sunday isn't the end.
- Mulligans
- Forgive each entry's first loss. The pick still burns the team — survival gets a second chance.
- Buybacks
- Let eliminated players re-enter until a deadline week you choose, with a re-buy limit.
- Pick deadlines
- Lock every pick at the week's first kickoff, or let each pick ride until its own game starts.
- Tie games
- A tie counts as a loss, a win, or a push — your pool, your call.
- Missed picks
- Forgot to pick? Eliminate, charge a strike, or auto-pick the biggest favorite still available.
